Description

Combines ergonomics, high capacity and productivity, as well as easy cleaning. The tank is free of welds and sharp edges and is equipped with an easily removable and cleanable integral filter, to retain solid residues. The washing chamber is without internal pipes for maximum hygiene.
The hood, open at the rear to avoid the steam to hit the operator, is lifted by a handle which is counterbalanced by elastic elements. The automatic cycle starts once the hood is closed. The user interface is with multicolor LCD display and hypersensitive keys.
The system for conveying residual water to the back wall to prevent dripping onto clean plates is particularly interesting. For selected models it’s possible to install a steam condenser/heat recovery unit on request, which is designed to convey the wet steam and transfer it to the incoming water.
In-line installation is possible for straight or corner operation without the need for an adaptation kit; it is also possible to access all internal components without having to move the machine away from the wall.
